Tour Centre
 
Carlton & United Breweries recently acquired a brewery at Yatala, about 30 mins south of Brisbane on the Pacific Highway, the main route south to Sydney.  They have commenced tours of the brewery and recently constructed a Rammed Earth Tour Centre.
 
 
Above you can see the sign at the entrance to the Carton Brew House.  The wall/sign is around 2 metres tall and about 3.5 metres long. 

On the right is the front of the building with the main entrance at the right.  Notice the way they have anchored the awnings into the pillars.  In fact, there are no true walls in the building.  It is made of the pillars infilled with glass.
